Accusé par de nombreuses femmes de « pédophilie » et d' »agressions sexuelles« , les choses ne devraient pas s’arranger pour le chanteur de R&B R. Kelly. Un avocat américain assure être en possession d’une nouvelle vidéo pédophile du chanteur R. Kelly.
Le très médiatique avocat américain Michael Avenatti a assuré jeudi être en possession d’une vidéo, montrant le chanteur R. Kelly, ayant des relations sexuelles avec une jeune fille de 14 ans.

Selon l’AFP, l’avocat américain Michel Avenatti dit avoir transmis à la justice, une nouvelle vidéo, où l’on voit le chanteur avoir des relations sexuelles avec une mineure de 14 ans. Le chanteur a déjà été acquitté par la justice en 2008, alors qu’il était accusé de pédopornographie, après avoir filmé sa relation sexuelle avec une jeune fille de 13 ans.

La chaîne américaine CNN, qui a vu la vidéo explique qu’un « homme nu qui semble être R. Kelly«  a plusieurs rapports sexuels avec une jeune fille, dont l’âge est impossible à déterminer seulement à partir de la vidéo.

Michael Avenatti affirme que ce n’est pas la même que celle dévoilée au début des années 2000. Elle lui a été transmise par un lanceur d’alerte, ayant beaucoup travaillé avec le chanteur, et qui dit connaître l’identité de la jeune fille. 

La vidéo n’est pas datée, mais l’avocat affirme qu’il n’y a pas prescription. On y verrait, d’après CNN qui a visionné la vidéo, R. Kelly réaliser plusieurs actes sexuels avec la jeune-fille de 14 ans, dans le salon et dans la salle de bain. On connait l’âge de la fille sur la vidéo, car à plusieurs reprises, on les entendrais dire, que ses parties génitales ont 14 ans. Le site d’information affirme qu’à un moment “l’homme demande à la fille d’uriner. Après qu’elle l’a fait, il urine sur elle”. L’avocat de l’artiste s’est exprimé auprès des médias, affirmant “M. Kelly nie s’être adonné à des comportements illégaux, de n’importe quel genre”.

Suite à une enquête de Buzzfeed en 2017 sur le chanteur et ses pratiques sectaires, la chaîne américaine Lifetime a diffusé en janvier dernier, un documentaire de six heures, intitulé Surviving R. Kelly où de nombreuses femmes prennent la parole, pour l’accuser de « pédophilie » et d' »agressions sexuelles« . Suite à ces révélations, sa maison de disques Sony Music a décidé de ne plus travailler avec lui.

En 1994, il avait épousé la chanteuse Aaliyah, alors âgée de quinze ans et décédée quelques années plus tard dans un accident d’avion. Les parents de la chanteuse avaient fait annuler le mariage par la justice et les deux anciens époux avaient rapidement cessé toute communication.
