Elle attend son deuxième enfant au début de l'année prochaine avec son fiancé vendeur Dane Goodson.

Et Casey Batchelor ne laissait pas la grossesse entraver sa flexibilité alors qu'elle effectuait le grand écart dans un nouveau tournage pour son programme d'entraînement Yoga Blitz de Casey.

L'ancienne mannequin glamour, 35 ans, avait l'air radieuse alors qu'elle conservait une posture parfaite tout en portant un bikini noir et doré.

La star de télé-réalité a précédemment attribué sa 4e perte de poids au yoga après la naissance de son premier bébé, Florence, 19 mois.

Elle a maintenant fondé Yoga Blitz, une application conçue pour aider les autres à devenir en forme et en meilleure santé grâce au yoga.

S'adresser à MailOnline Casey a révélé à quel point le yoga a aidé à sa deuxième grossesse.

Elle a expliqué: «Avec Florence, j'ai eu une très mauvaise maladie. J'ai pris beaucoup de poids, j'étais vraiment inapte et malsaine. Cette fois, j'ai commencé en très bonne santé, ce qui m'a vraiment aidé.

Mais cela ne signifie pas qu'elle est à l'abri de tous les soucis habituels qui accompagnent l'accouchement.

Elle a déclaré: `` Tout le monde porte différemment pendant la grossesse, mais j'ai tendance à prendre du poids. J'obtiens la cellulite, les seins grossissent, je deviens comme un coussin gonflé!

"J'ai l'impression que c'est pourquoi sur mon Instagram je poste de vraies photos et de vrais moments. Je pense qu'il est important pour les femmes de se sentir autonomes, ce que fait votre corps est incroyable, vous devenez une humaine. Vous ne devriez pas être pénalisé pour avoir pris du poids.

"Je n'ai pas tellement souffert de la maladie, mais je pense que le troisième trimestre m'a frappé durement uniquement parce que j'ai un autre bébé à soigner, je ne peux pas me reposer et dormir quand je veux!"

Casey et Dane ne s'arrêteront pas là lorsqu'ils accueilleront leur petite fille en 2020 et prévoient de continuer jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient un fils.

Le couple est ensemble depuis près de trois ans et a annoncé ses fiançailles en février.

She's expecting her second child early next year with her salesman fiancé Dane Goodson.

And Casey Batchelor wasn't letting pregnancy get in the way of her flexibility as she performed the splits in a new shoot for her Casey's Yoga Blitz workout programme. 

The former glamour model, 35, looked glowing as she maintained perfect posture while wearing a black and gold bikini. 

The reality star previously credited her 4st weight loss to yoga after the birth of her first baby, Florence, 19 months. 

She has now founded Yoga Blitz, an app designed to help others become fit and healthier through yoga. 

Speaking to MailOnline Casey revealed how yoga has helped with her second pregnancy. 

She explained: 'With Florence I had really bad sickness. I put on a lot of weight, I was really unfit and unhealthy. This time I started off really healthy so that definitely helped.' 

But that doesn't mean she’s immune from all the usual worries that come with having a baby.

She said: 'Everyone carries differently in pregnancy, but I tend to put on weight. I get the cellulite, the boobs get big, I become like a ballooned cushion! 

'I feel like that’s why on my Instagram I post real pictures and real moments. I think it’s important for women to feel empowered, what your body is doing is amazing, you’re growing a human. You shouldn’t be penalised for putting on weight.  

'I haven't had the sickness so much, but I think the third trimester has hit me hard purely because I've got another baby to look after, I can’t rest and sleep when I want to!'  

Casey and Dane won't be stopping there when they welcome their baby girl in 2020, and plan to carry on trying until they have a son.

The couple have been together for almost three years and announced their engagement in February.
