Soupçonné d’encourager le tribalisme contre les Baluba, Martin Fayulu convoqué par la police

L’Opposant Martin Fayulu est convoqué ce lundi 6 mai 2019 par la police, entre autres parce que ses militants ont lancé des chants hostiles aux baluba, tribu d’origine de Félix Tshisekedi.

Martin Fayulu est accusé de « d’incitation à la haine ethnique », « massacre des balubas », « pillages », « atteinte aux droits garantis » et « crime de génocide et crimes contre l’humanité ». Cela fait suite à une plainte déposée par Jean-Claude Ngoy Lufuluabo. Martin Fayulu doit se présenter lundi prochain à 10heures au niveau du casier judiciaire.

Au mois de février, plusieurs individus présentés comme partisans de Martin Fayulu, ont été filmés entonnant des chants hostiles aux baluba. Des mêmes cas ont été vus à Kwilu, province d’origine de Martin Fayulu.

Sur Twitter, nombreux ont commenté cette information. Certains pensent qu’il s’agit d’une méthode d’intimidation dictatoriale et d’autres déclarent que cet ennuie judiciaire apprendra à Martin Fayulu à respecter la loi.

On Twitter, many commented on this information. Some think it is a method of dictatorial intimidation and others say that this judicial bother will teach Martin Fayulu to respect the law.
