Selon Samar Matoussi, le propriétaire du centre, les services fournis aux cabots et aux félins comprennent “des bains et des garnitures à ongles jusqu‘à des tenues et des accessoires pour animaux de compagnie”.

“J’ai eu l’idée à la suite d’un voyage à l‘étranger, quand je suis tombé sur un coin qui vendait des articles pour les animaux de compagnie. Je me suis demandé pourquoi on ne ferait pas ce genre de chose à Tunis ? J’ai décidé, il y a un an, d’apporter cette idée à Tunis et de mettre en place le projet. J’ai ouvert le centre il y a deux semaines et il a été très bien accueilli par ceux qui aiment et s’intéressent aux animaux”, Samar Matoussi.

Un service abordable

Un toilettage qui peut aller jusqu‘à trois heures, de quoi encourager les clients à faire des réservations pour être pris en charge à temps par le coiffeur.

“Nous prenons rendez-vous et nous amenons le chien ici au centre de beauté au rendez-vous convenu. Le propriétaire vous présente ensuite une palette de choix sur ce que vous voulez pour votre animal”, affirme, visiblement satisfait, Nabil Legm, un client du centre.

Au-delà de l’expertise, certains clients préfèrent le centre de Matoussi en raison de ses prix abordables en comparaison à ceux des centres similaires pour animaux de compagnie à l‘étranger.

Affordable service

A grooming that can go up to three hours, enough to encourage customers to make reservations to be taken care of in time by the hairdresser.

"We make an appointment and bring the dog here to the beauty center at the rendezvous. The owner then presents you with a range of choices on what you want for your pet ", says, visibly satisfied, Nabil Legm, a customer of the center.

Beyond the expertise, some customers prefer the center of Matoussi because of its affordable prices compared to similar centers for pets abroad.
