Le président angolais remplace les ministres de la pêche et de la famille

Le président angolais, João Lourenço, a limogé aujourd'hui les ministres de la Pêche et de la Mer, de l'Action sociale, de la Famille et de la Promotion de la femme, selon une note de la Maison civile envoyée à l'agence Lusa.

Selon la même note, la Présidente angolaise a nommé Maria Antonieta Josefina Sabina Baptista au poste de ministre de l'Action sociale, de la Famille et de la Promotion de la femme. Femme, succédant à Victoria Francisco Correia da Conceição.

Le président angolais a également exonéré Carlos Alberto Jaime Pinto de son poste de secrétaire d'État à l'Agriculture et à l'Elevage, ainsi que d'un décret nommant José Carlos Lopes da Silva Bettencourt aux mêmes fonctions.

Aucune explication n'a été avancée pour ces changements.

Selon les mêmes informations communiquées par la Chambre civile du Président de la République, João Lourenço a également exonéré Maria Sabina Baptista du poste de vice-recteur par intérim du département scientifique et de la remise des diplômes de l'université Agostinho Neto, la plus grande université d'Angola.

Le gouvernement angolais, dirigé depuis septembre dernier par João Lourenço, compte 32 ministres (dont trois de l’Etat), un de plus du dernier de José Eduardo dos Santos, chef de l’Etat entre 1979 et 2017.

Angolan President João Lourenço today dismissed the ministers of Fisheries and the Sea and of the Social Action, Family and Promotion of Women, according to a note from the Civil House sent to the Lusa agency.

According to the same note, the Angolan President appointed Maria Antonieta Josefina Sabina Baptista as the new Minister of Social Action, Family and Promotion of the Woman, succeeding to Victoria Francisco Correia da Conceição.

The Angolan President also exonerated Carlos Alberto Jaime Pinto from the position of Secretary of State for Agriculture and Livestock, and by decree appointed for the same functions José Carlos Lopes da Silva Bettencourt.

No explanations have been advanced for these changes.

According to the same information from the Civil House of the President of the Republic, João Lourenço also exonerated Maria Sabina Baptista from the position of Acting Vice-Rector for the Scientific and Post-Graduation Department of Agostinho Neto University, the largest university in Angola.

The Angolan government, headed since last September by João Lourenço, has 32 ministers (including three from state), one more than the last from José Eduardo dos Santos, who was head of state between 1979 and 2017.
