RDC : Martin Fayulu, le candidat de l'opposition à la présidentielle, est arrivé à Kinshasa

Martin Fayulu, le candidat de la coalition Lamuka de l’opposition en République démocratique du Congo accueilli en héros à Kinshasa. L’opposant s’est posé sur le perron de l’aéroport international de N’Djili aux environs de 12h30 (GMT+1) où il a été accueilli par des milliers de militants, entre 1 000 et 3 000 selon les organisateurs du rassemblement, ce mercredi, jour de ses 62 ans.

C’est d’ailleurs aux chants de “joyeux anniversaire” et de tirades contre le parti au pouvoir et des opposants Félix Tshisekedi et Vital Kamerhe que M. Fayulu a suivi son itinéraire.

“Le candidat commun est là. Je suis là”, a-t-il déclaré à la presse. L’outsider issu d’un petit parti a été désigné “candidat commun” de l’opposition lors d’une réunion de sept opposants congolais le 11 novembre à Genève, dont Moïse Katumbi et Jean-Pierre Bemba. Le jour suivant, Félix Tshisekedi et Vital Kamerhe, sont revenus sur leur engagement de le soutenir à l‘élection présidentielle.

Opposant assumé de la machine à voter, Martin Fayulu s’est engagé à “arracher l’alternance démocratique” par “des élections crédibles. Son ancien allié, Félix Tshisekedi – qui devrait regagner Kinshasa dans les prochains jours – et son parti, l’UDPS, eux, sont prêts à aller aux élections “avec ou sans machine à voter”, accentuant les divisions au sein de l’opposition.

La semaine dernière, le candidat du parti au pouvoir, Emmanuel Ramazany a présenté son projet de société dans lequel il prévoit 86 milliards de dollars pour le développement du pays sur cinq ans.
